How do coins work? Coins are the reader currency used to unlock eligible premium chapters and use supported platform features. Your current balance and transaction history are available in your wallet. Are premium chapters permanently unlocked? When a chapter purchase is successfully completed, the chapter remains unlocked for that account unless the underlying purchase is legitimately reversed or the content is removed. Can I get a refund because I changed my mind? No. Xianhua Tales requires confirmation before a premium chapter is unlocked and coins are deducted. A simple change of mind after confirming the purchase is not a valid chapter-refund reason. What if a paid chapter is blank or duplicated? Use the chapter problem-report feature. Verified blank or duplicate paid chapters may qualify for a chapter-purchase reversal under the Refund Policy. I forgot my password. Use the Forgot Password option on the login page and follow the reset link sent to your registered email address. How do I become a translator? Use the Translator Application feature while signed in. The administrator can review the application and communicate with you through the site's messaging system. Where can I report a chapter problem? Use the report feature on the affected chapter so the translator and/or administrator can investigate it.
