Refund Policy

This policy distinguishes between a reader's coin balance, a premium chapter purchase made with coins, and a real-money coin-package payment. PREMIUM CHAPTER PURCHASES Premium chapter purchases require reader confirmation before coins are deducted. Because of this confirmation step, a change of mind, failure to read the confirmation, or deciding after purchase that you no longer want the chapter does not by itself qualify for a refund. A chapter-purchase reversal may be considered when Xianhua Tales verifies a delivery or content failure, including: • the purchased chapter is blank or effectively empty; or • the purchased chapter is a duplicate of another chapter and therefore does not provide the chapter that was represented at purchase. The administrator may investigate reports before approving a reversal. When a chapter refund is approved, the original chapter purchase is reversed through the platform's accounting system. The original transaction may remain in historical records together with the corresponding reversal. COIN-PACKAGE / PAYMENT ISSUES Problems involving the real-money purchase of coins are handled separately from chapter-content refunds. If a payment was charged but the purchased coins were not delivered correctly, contact support with the relevant payment information so the transaction can be investigated. Payment-provider rules, chargebacks, unauthorized-payment claims, and legally required refunds may be handled under the applicable payment provider's procedures and law. ABUSE Fraudulent refund requests, false reports, chargeback abuse, or attempts to retain benefits after reversing a legitimate payment may result in account restrictions.
